we had a similar experience, I was on my firms trading floor on 46th and Park accross from Met Life building. My wife (girlfriend at the time) was working across on the other side of Grand Central. My only memories of that day were the nblack cloud following us home up second avenue and the frantic phone calls as we tried to find all our friends.

we found most of them.

Thanks for posting these Kid.
